The brainchild of global analyst and thought-leader Josh Bersin, The Josh Bersin Company was designed to help HR leaders and professionals thrive in an ever-evolving industry.

Thanks to our understanding of workplace issues, informed by the largest and most up-to-date data sets on workers and employees, we give leaders the confidence to make decisions in line with latest thinking, and practitioners the skills they need to succeed.

Providing insights and research, advisory services, and professional development for the HR industry, we’ve helped over a million HR and business leaders overcome their greatest people challenges – we are proud to be known as the Most Trusted Human Capital Advisors in the World.

Galileo references more than 50,000 pages of Josh Bersin Company research, including podcasts, articles, and comprehensive data and analysis on a wide variety of topics. These include talent acquisition, talent management, corporate training, diversity and inclusion, organization design, rewards and compensation, pay and equity, performance management, leadership development, global HR operations, hybrid work, culture, change management, and every major area of HR technology. Galileo covers more than 500 vendors, and the database is growing and updated weekly.

Galileo also includes carefully curated, high-value content from our Trusted Content Partners, including industry skills for more than 1000 job titles, critical benchmarks by industry, role, tenure, and managerial level, global employment practices in over 100 countries, and global leadership models.

The Galileo Venus release introduces two critical new data integrations.

Galileo now references 700+ certificate-issuing courses and programs from Galileo Learn, marking the first-ever connection between LMS and AI agent. Galileo will now surface relevant skill-building programs as part of its query response, bridging the gap between knowledge and learning.

Reejig’s proprietary Work Ontology® data for HR roles. Reejig's Work Ontology breaks down work into tasks, identifies the required skills, and identifies where AI can unlock capacity within HR. This enables HR teams and business leaders to redesign roles, orchestrate AI-human collaboration, and lead AI transformation initiatives with precision and purpose. Combined with Galileo’s powerful AI assistant and Josh Bersin Company’s trusted research, this integration empowers every manager to take bold, responsible action—reimagining HR work at scale with confidence and clarity.

Galileo for Managers is a specialized agent within the Galileo platform designed specifically for non-HR professionals who manage people and is available at no extra cost with no additional opt-in required.

To access this dedicated the agent, users simply need to select the Galileo for Managers agent on the top navigation bar.

While standard Galileo serves HR practitioners with professional-level insights, Galileo for Managers communicates without HR jargon, provides more detailed explanations, and focuses on common management scenarios like conducting interviews, having difficult conversations, managing hybrid teams, and providing performance feedback.

Galileo and Galileo Learn are two separate offerings, creating a powerful toolkit for HR Excellence. Galileo helps HR professionals boost their productivity, and Galileo Learn helps them build deep expertise in their field through hyperpersonalized professional development.

While the products are separate, they are deeply integrated for a seamless user experience. Users can access both knowledge and learning content through a single entry point.

When a user asks Galileo a prompt (such as about career pathways), the system now surfaces not only research, case studies, and best practices from the Josh Bersin Company corpus, but also relevant learning courses from Galileo Learn.

With one click, users can transition from consuming information to engaging in structured learning experiences.

Consultant Mode represents a significant evolution in Galileo's capabilities. Unlike a typical assistant that primarily answers direct questions, Consultant Mode allows Galileo to act more like an experienced organizational consultant. When activated (e.g., by asking to "solve a problem"), Galileo will proactively ask clarifying questions about the user's company, challenges, and environment. Based on these inputs and its vast knowledge, it can then provide tailored diagnostics, advice, and detailed action plans, mirroring the iterative process of a human consultant.

The Meeting Assistant is a new feature that allows users to invite Galileo to virtual or in-person meetings. Galileo can record the meeting, generate accurate summaries, and identify key follow-up items. Importantly, the meeting transcripts are stored within Galileo's knowledge base, enabling users to later ask questions about past discussions, track project decisions, and analyze interview content for candidate evaluation based on skills, empathy, and experience as defined by the UCF, Lightcast, and corporate job descriptions and capability models.

For tenant-level deployments through named integrations like Workday and Microsoft Copilot, enterprise administrators retain control over access permissions within their organization, ensuring that Galileo's intelligence is available only to those employees intended to receive it.

Enterprise security vetting, compliance documentation, and technical architecture details are available for organizations undergoing formal procurement and security review processes.

The Josh Bersin Company has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS). ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard for information security management.
