Supertutor

A “supertutor” is an AI-powered learning companion that acts as a personal tutor for each employee, available on demand through natural language interfaces (often on a phone and in multiple languages). It can diagnose what someone needs to learn based on their role, performance, or goals; build a tailored learning path or intervention; and then deliver explanations, practice, courses, and role plays in a highly personalized way. In effect, it functions as an always-available teacher and coach embedded in the flow of work, rather than a traditional, one-size-fits-all training program.
